Specialties
High TemperatureWithstands extreme heat (150°C+) for industrial, aerospace, and engine-adjacent applications. Requires specialized high-temp printers (300°C+ hotend, enclosure).
Chemical ResistantResists damage from oils, fuels, acids, industrial chemicals or solvents. For laboratory equipment, fuel system components, or chemical storage.
High StrengthResists bending or pulling apart under heavy load. Very stiff.
Flame RetardantResists catching fire or self-extinguishes. Often UL94 rated. For electrical enclosures, automotive components, aerospace parts, or safety-critical applications.
Water Resistant / HydrophobicResists absorbing water or moisture from the air. Maintains mechanical properties in humid or wet environments. For marine parts, outdoor components, or wet environment applications.
Wear ResistantResists surface wear from friction and sliding. Good for gears, bushings, conveyor parts, or any component that rubs against other surfaces.
Low ShrinkagePart holds its exact shape over time. No warping, sagging, or unexpected size changes. Essential for precision parts, press-fits, and mechanisms under constant load.
Fatigue ResistantWithstands repeated bending without cracking. For living hinges, snap-fits, and moving parts.
