By creating an account or using VisualSpool ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. The Service

VisualSpool helps you track your 3D printer filament inventory. It's provided as-is by VisualSpool LLC, based in Colorado, United States.

2. Your account

• You must provide an accurate email address.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity on your account.
• You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Danger Zone.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use VisualSpool.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to:

• Break the law or anyone's rights.
• Attempt to access another Maker's account or data.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without permission.
• Interfere with the Service's operation (DOS, scraping at abusive rates, etc.).
• Upload content that's illegal, harmful, or infringing.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Your content

You own everything you put into VisualSpool: your inventory data, custom filaments, notes, etc. We claim no ownership over it. You grant us only the permission needed to store and display it back to you within the Service.

5. Service availability

VisualSpool is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee uptime, accuracy, or that the Service will always work. We may change or discontinue features at any time.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VisualSpool LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Total liability for any direct claims will not exceed $50.

8. Termination

You may stop using and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or if continuing the Service becomes impractical. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be communicated via email when reasonable. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
